With an MBA and a diverse background in HR, operations, staffing, accounting, and business development, she has a natural ability to see what a growing business needs- and turn overwhelm into clear, manageable systems.
Shanna co-founded Zen Resources to help business owners let go of the day-to-day work that keeps them from leading, growing, and enjoying what they have built. She believes delegation should feel freeing, not frightening, and works closely with clients to create the trust and structure they need to step away with confidence.
Known for her optimism, resourcefulness, and genuine care for people, Shanna makes business growth feel both possible and personal. Her ultimate measure of success is helping clients build businesses that support their lives-giving them more time for creativity, family, travel, rest, and everything that brings them joy. Across Zen Resources and her other passion projects, Shanna’s intention remains the same: to empower people, create meaningful impact, and leave the world better than she found it.

June brings structure, precision, and thoughtful strategy to every business she supports. Drawing from her background in cGMP biotechnology and corporate administration, she has a talent for transforming complicated processes into streamlined, practical systems that support sustainable and profitable growth.
